Des Moines officials expect crews to pour the deck for the new the Grand Avenue bridge starting at 7 tomorrow morning. At least three lanes of the bridge are scheduled to open by November 29th, almost a month behind schedule. Businesses and residents in the area tell WHO-TV they're not pleased.
