Lieutenant Governor Kim Reynolds is heading to China. WHO-TV reports she leaves Sunday, and will be the featured speaker at the World Forum for Direct Investment in Shanghai. Tuesday, Reynolds will promote the state of Iowa and direct economic investment to an audience of international leaders.
