A woman who won a $130,000 jury award in a case which found Iowa Workforce Development officials retaliated against her for filing a racial discrimination complaint now wants her state job back. KCCI reports Attorneys for Dorothea Polk filed a motion in Polk County District Court asking a judge to reinstate her to her job as a mail room clerk or an equivalent position.
