There's been another change in the opening of the new Grand Avenue bridge at 63rd Street in Des Moines. A Des Moines engineer says the bridge won't reopen now until mid-December. The bridge was shut down in March so it could be torn down and replaced. WHO-TV reports the most recent delay's being blamed on extreme cold.
