Local runner Forey Jacobson's suing the man who assaulted him two years ago, the bar they were in when it happened and the party bus company that dropped that man off at the bar that night. A jury's being asked to decide if Jacobson and his wife are entitled to damages for the injuries he suffered when Benjamin Vogl assaulted him. The beating put Jacobson in a coma for 2 weeks.
