Gov. Branstad's got a group reviewing laws that allow a convicted sex offender to live in a nursing home. It's about 83-year old William Cubbage, who was released from the Civil Commitment Unit for Sexual Predators after experts said he was no longer a sexually violent predator. Cubbage went to a Pomeroy nursing home, where he's accused of inappropriately touching an elderly female resident.
