There's a new complaint about the redistricting map for Polk County. This complaint, like the one before it, challenges the maps legality because it favors democratic incumbents. The new map, like the one rejected recently by the Secretary of State's Office, puts two GOP supervisors in the same district, but leaves each of three democratic supervisors in separate ones.
