We probably say this every year: Its going to cost you more to prepare Thanksgiving dinner this year. This year, it will be 13 percent more. The American Farm Bureau Federation says the average price for the 16 pound turkey is more than 21 dollars this year, up nearly four dollars over last year. Even the pumpkin pie price is up: the filling is up 41 cents to more than three dollars a can. Me? I'll have turkey and swiss on rye!
