KCCI reports that members of the Central Iowa Penn State Alumni group said they now fear retribution after one found a note on her car in Des Moines with the words "child abuser." Her car had a Penn State sticker on it. Alumni released a statement saying that they are "deeply saddened to hear of the allegations," and they "share shock and outrage with the rest of the Penn State family." Former Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky is charged with sexually abusing eight boys on campus from 1994 to 2009. Longtime coach Joe Paterno passed on a complaint about the abuse but never called police and was fired last night.
