River City Mall in Keokuk sold for 400 thousand dollars at a foreclosure auction last week. Bayview Loan Servicing LLC out of Coral Gables, Florida was the only bidder for the property on Thursday. Bayview was the loan holder's original representative. River City's owner could keep up the payments on the 1.4 million dollar loan, sending the property into auction.
