The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation and Boone Police Department, have charged 39 year old Alexander Fazzino with first degree murder for last January's death of his 32-year old wife Emily. Her body was found in their home last year after Fazzino called 911 to report his wife was trying to kill herself. An autopsy determined Emily Fazzino died of asphyxia due to neck compressions and/or drowning. Fazzino was arrested yesterday in Independence, Missouri.
