Des Moines officials have decided what to do about an area on the city's east side that 4-wheeler owners have made a mess of going 'Mudding.' The area was ripped up for a sewer line, but with the work done it's been open season for 'mudding. KCCI reports barricades and signs will be going up in the next 4 to 6 weeks to put a stop to it.
