Two legislators speaking on the condition of anonymity have told the Des Moines Register that Facebook's the company behind plans for a $1-billion data center in Altoona. Altoona officials have already approved the a 200 acre site for the project. The state Economic Development Authority and Altoona's City Council are expected to incentives for the project tomorrow.
