A Clear Lake man's pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography, for having over 1,000 images of kiddie porn. 27-year old Brandon Phinney admitted having and trading the images on line between September 2010 and April 2011, as part of a plea deal. KCCI reports Phinney faces a maximum 10 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000 and 5 years to life probation following his prison term.
