Gov. Branstad's withdrawing two of his board nominees after questions were raised over whether they would be confirmed in the state Senate. Branstad's pulling the nominations of Nick Wagner to the Iowa Utilities Board and Tom Rielly to the Iowa Transportation Commission. Senate Democrats say Wagner didn't have the votes for confirmation, and the Senate GOP delayed a vote on Rielly's nomination.
