Early voting's started in Warren County, on the proposal for a new casino. The absentee ballots started heading to voters last Monday. According to KCCI 2,000 have been requested so far, and over 700 have already been returned. The last day to request a ballot is May 2nd. Election day for the casino proposal is May 7th.
