A Polk County judge's expected to decide early next week if she'll review the transcript of a closed Des Moines School Board meeting concerning Nancy Sebring's resignation as Superintendent. The ACLU's sued the board on behalf of former Board member Graham Gillette, and the goal is to determine whether or not the closed door session was in line with its stated purpose.
