A Johnston woman, who's been in a come since February, has been declared brain dead. 30-year-old Tara Leitzinger was critically injured her car slammed into a semi on I-80-35 near the Douglas Avenue exit. WHO-TV reports the front end of Leitzinger's car was pinned under the trailer. Investigators haven't determined the cause of the accident.
