59-year old Steven Staley of Des Moines was arrested by Urbandale PD Saturday after they say they caught him allegedly selling meth out of his van in the 4100 block of 100th Street. The Des Moines Register reports Staley's charged with possession with intent to deliver meth, possession of narcotics and violation of parole. Neighbors complaints about people getting in and out of Staley's van brought police to the scene.
