Norwalk's Fire and Police departments have issued a warning to residents after someone's starting knocking on doors claiming to be a first responder, there to handle a distress call. KCCI reports authorities say this individual has no connection to either department. If anyone claiming to represent police, fire or a utility, refuses to show ID, residents are advised to lock their doors and call police.
