Developers are expected to reveal the final streetscape concept for downtown Des Moines’ Walnut Street next week. WHO-TV reports the with the DART transit mall no longer being used, the area's getting a makeover. The area involved is between Second Avenue and Tenth Street. There'll be a presentation at the downtown Des Moines Library Monday at noon.
