Iowa's Corrections Department's listed 24-year old Osvaldo Guerra, Jr. as an escapee from the Fort Des Moines Work Release Facility. Guerra didn't return after an assigned meeting yesterday. WHO-TV reports Guerra was serving 15-years for intimidation with a dangerous weapon. Guerra's 5'9", 180-pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, and several tattoos. If you see him, contact the Polk County Sheriff or Des Moines PD.
