Gov. Branstad met with the parents of three missing or murdered Iowa children today to discuss the death penalty. The Governor has said he's not planning to make reinstating the death penalty a priority in the 2013 legislative session, but GOP State Sen. Kent Sorenson's said he'll be introducing a bill to reinstate Iowa's death penalty.
