Wells Fargo, the largest Des Moines area employer, has asked West Des Moines to rezone some land at its Jordan Creek Campus. Nothing is definite, but the Des Moines Register reports the banks considering putting up a 239,000 square foot office building. The rezoning request came from Wells Fargo's Home Mortgage unit.
