Iowa DOT's got a message: stay off the roads. KCCI reports authorities don't expect your ability to travel to improve much until tomorrow, with wind gusts of 40 to 60 mph leading to wind chills of 10 to 20 below zero. I-35's been closed from Ames to Mason City. Numerous accidents have led to the closing and plows will hit the interstates tomorrow morning.
