Prosecutors Ordered to Provide More Detail for Baldi Prosecution

A judge's ordered prosecutors to provide more specific acts for each of the 10-counts of involuntary manslaughter brought against Dr. Daniel Baldi. He's accused of prescribing powerful pain medications to patients for overdosed on them. Prosecutors have a month to give the court a foundation for the charges. Baldi also faces a malpractice suit and administrative charges from the State Board of Medicine.
