The Iowa Attorney General's office hasn't commented on a suit filed against the state Department of Economic Development Department by a Rhode Island man who finances film projects. Anthony Gudas says he borrowed the money before the state killed its film tax credit program. Gudas says his business was ruined because the state didn't pay and he's after monetary damage, interest and costs.
