Saylorville Lake Close to All-Time Record Low

Saylorville Lake's now about an inch away from its all-time record low. According to the National Weather Service, the lake's now 832.31 feet. The all-time record low-832.23 feet in March 1989. KCCI reports the lake's been falling due to the drought. The Army Corps of Engineers says they're hoping for fall rain and a healthy winter snowfall getting the lake back to its' normal level of 836 feet.
