Des Moines PD have filed a misdemeanor charge against a 13-year old boy involved in a shooting that injured a friend. The child's charged with discharging a firearm within city limits. The Des Moines Register reports the teen didn't know a pistol was loaded when he pointed it at a friend and pulled the trigger. The the other child was wounded in the shoulder.
