The Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority's expanding service for this week's NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships in Des Moines, expected to draw 20,000 downtown. They're adding a crosstown route from some of the West Des Moines hotels and downtown from 6a.m. to midnight, as well as extending the operating hours for DART's free downtown shuttle until midnight.
