Gov. Branstad says state lawmakers should lead by example, and start paying 20% of their health insurance premiums. The Des Moines Register reports most state employees don’t pay any of their health insurance premiums, which is not how it works in the private sector. House Speaker Kraig Paulsen says it's something that will be talked about after the current session wraps up.
