19-year-old Jake Smith of Knoxville's been charged with 3rd degree sex abuse and exploitation of a minor. Knoxville PD say Smith engaged in a sex act with a 15-year old girl while someone else videotaped it. KCCI reports what's worse, is that the video was distributed to others, without the knowledge of the victim. Investigators say because of that, Smith and others face additional charges.
