Gov. Defends Egyptian Fertilizer Plant Project

Gov. Branstad's defending working with an Egyptian firm for a $1.4-billion fertilizer plant. He says state senate democrats are playing politics by attacking the hundreds of millions in tax breaks offered for the plant, which he says will create jobs and help farmers. He also defended financing the project with $1.2-billion in bonds intended to help with recovery from the 2008 floods.
