26-year old Jason Goodes of Des Moines in the Polk County Jail, charged with violating a non contact order 23-times yesterday. DM PD say Goodes called the victim 6 times, and sent her 18-=text messages in about 5 hours. When police went to the home Goodes shares with his mother, she told them he wasn't there. He was. Mom's been arrested for allegedly lying to police.
