Sen. Chuck Grassley says he's pushing a plan to put a hold on moving the F-16 Sir National Guard Wing out of Des Moines. Grassley's signed on to a bi-partisan amendment the Senate takes up this week. The proposal would block moving the F-16's until two studies are done on the costs of recruiting and training, the effect on jobs and the environmental impact .
