A new reports says it's adults, not teens who are the biggest problem when it comes to texting and driving. In a January survey from AT and T, the Des Moines Register reports half of adults questioned say they text while driving, compared to 43% of teens. 98% of the adults say they know its wrong. 39-states, including Iowa, and the District of Columbia have banned texting while driving for everyone.
