A 28-year old Des Moines man's in the Polk County Jail, without bond, after allegedly assaulted a group of bail bondsmen trying to detain him on forgery charges yesterday. Des Moines PD charged David Fuller with willful injury, assault causing bodily injury, forgery, interference with official acts, failing to pay child support and a probation violation.
