A Des Moines man told police he was robbed by four men who also stole his car while waiting for his friend.
The 17-year-old said he was waiting for a friend while sitting in his car in Westchester Park around 10 o'clock last night when a man asked to use his cellphone. The men then pulled out a gun, pointed it at him, and ordered him to get out of the car and onto his knees.
Three other men then joined the first one and ordered the 17 year old to give them everything he had while threatening to shoot him if he didn’t. He gave them his cell phone and wallet.
The men then made him lie on the ground and patted him down, then took took off in his car.
