New reports show police were repeatedly called to Paul and JoAnn Drake's home in Ankeny over behavioral issues with their kids before child neglect and false imprisonment charges were filed against them. The state's investigating the Drake's for allegedly locking their 13 and 14 year old adopted children in the basement for up to a month when they weren't in school. Neighbors tell KCCI the teens were out of control.
