Another Iowa Soldier's been killed in Afghanistan. The Pentagon's confirmed 23-year old Army Sgt. Joseph Richardson's death in an IED attack on his patrol in the Paktika province November 16th. According to KCCI, Richardson, who was born in Algona, was in the 1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, of the 1st Infantry Division, and had previously served in Iraq.
