The 3-year-old Des Moines girl that had a television set fall on her in August has died. Family members tell KCCI Aleena Coe had been in a coma for several months. Since the child pulled the TV down on herself, her family's been working on an effort to encourage people to use safety straps to secure furniture to wall.
