Wiggins Retained by Voters

Iowa Supreme Court Justice David Wiggins isn't leaving the bench. He and 70-other judges were retained by voters yesterday. That despite a "No Wiggins" campaign launched by Iowans For Freedom over his vote in the ruling that found the state's ban on gay marriage unconstitutional. Wiggins thanked voters for acting to keep poltiics out of the courts.
