Gov. Branstad says Iowa will keep working on its own health insurance exchange to comply with the health reform law, but says he's leaving the door open to have the feds set it up. The Governor's notified the Secretary of Health and Human Services Iowa doesn't have the information needed to make a decision on setting up its own exchange, including the costs involved.
