The Des Moines City Council is giving the controversial Courtside Bar and Grill a rare second chance. It's been a month since someone shot and killed Marion Harris outside the bar on 14th Street. That was the last straw for police and the city who suspended Courtside's liquor license. Now the owners have agreed to install more security cameras, hire more security guards, improve outside lighting and sell more food than liquor.
