Iowa Lottery officials said a Hot Lotto ticket sold in Iowa is a $7.5 million winner. The ticket was sold at the Kwik Stop at 4335 Texas St. in Waterloo. In May, an Iowan won a $9 million Hot Lotto jackpot on a ticket sold in Webster City. Iowa Lottery players now have won a total of nine Hot Lotto jackpots. The winning numbers in Saturday’s $7.54 million Hot Lotto jackpot drawing were: 5-12-16-23-24 and Hot Ball 8. The Waterloo ticket matched all six numbers drawn to win the grand prize
