10-years in prison and a $1,000 fine. That's the price Robert Harlan's paying for his guilty plea to stealing money from Drake University over a 5-years. Harlan was in charge of student accounts at Drake. The University, which has filed a civil suit against him for the theft, has been reimbursed by its' insurance carrier for Harlan's actions, for $616,000.
