Show me the money and I won't raise the gas tax. Not his words, but the idea is the same: Governor Terry Branstad says if the money can be found someplace else, he won't raise the stat sales tax on gasoline. Branstad said yesterday that he'd like to see the money derived through governmental efficiency, rather than just raising taxes.
