A Black Hawk County judge's sentenced Jennifer Moeller of Holland to 5-years in prison for a hit and run crash with a motorcycle, that police say was caused by her texting while driving. Moeller pleaded guilty to causing serious injury by vehicle and leaving the scene of the accident. The bike rider, Joan Nicolson, lost part of her left leg. Police say Moeller drove 10-miles on a flat tire after the crash, and hid her car in a barn.
