Des Moines Police arrested Hy-Vee employee for second-degree theft after the store’s loss prevention unit called them in this morning. KCCI reports 50-year old Cynthia Manship of Prairie City's admitted to allegedly stealing lottery tickets from the store at 4605 Fleur Drive. The company's fired her. She'd worked for the chain since 20907. Hy-Vee believes the loss comes to just over $5400.
