No trial for a Des Moines woman who is charged with first degree arson. Thirty two year old Lesley Duckworth is accused of setting her mother in law's house on fire and was schedule to go on trial today. After changing her plea last week from not guilty to guilty of a lesser charge of second degree arson the trial was scrapped. Word from fire officials Duckworth lit paper and other materials on fire in her mother-in-law's basement after an argument. Sentencing is cheduled for next month.
